It’s Not About The Food

Maybe that’s an exaggeration but it’s pretty much true. Healthy relationships, regular exercise, sufficient sleep and a rewarding career all feed your soul. Eating right is just one part of the equation to feeling healthy.

You Are Unique

Just because a friend feels great after a juice cleanse and another lost weight on Atkins doesn’t mean they are right for you. We are all different and have unique needs, no one way of eating works for everyone. Our gender, age, body type, geography and more can impact what food is right for us.

It’s Simple

Turning over a new leaf doesn’t mean drastic changes. Making a few small upgrades can make a bigger impact and will be easier to stick with than a complete overhaul. Wellness isn’t about being perfect it’s about finding the right balance for you and your family.

Eat Food

It’s so basic it’s crazy. This is rule #1 in Michael Pollan’s book, “Food Rules”. Focus on eating and drinking real food (fruit, vegetables, and meat) in it’s most basic form, not highly processed chemicals and additives in a box made by a manufacturer. The higher quality the better.
